Insanity Max 30 Results!!



Hey All, I just wanted to give you my month update!! Wow first let me say I am a 52 year old out of shape mother and grandmother, I have lost 7 pounds and a total of 5 inches so far. My biggest accomplishment is losing an inch (1) off my waist in a MONTH!! Let me tell you I did the modifier the entire month and I am still using the modifier!! Wow is all I can say. Also my blood pressure is down. If I can help you let me know.
