21 Day Fix Extreme Group



ATTENTION LADIES EVERYWHERE!!!! I want to help you!!!! I'm looking for 5-10 women that have a goal of 10 to 80 pounds to lose. I'm putting together a private support group just for you. But, I'm only taking women who are serious about making a change in their health and fitness. Don't worry this is not some weird experiment at all. I really want to help you because I've been through it all myself. The basic idea is that we will all:
#1 Workout from home using a home-based fitness program that is proven to work
#2 Replace at least 1 meal a day with a dose of dense super food nutrition
#3 Follow a specific meal plan and nutrition guidelines
#4 And... Participate in my private support group where we will share our victories, any failures, meal prep idea and more.
